I had a mixed experience at the hotel, with stunning views of the Amazon River from the rooms but lacking basic facilities like reading lights and hairdryers. The service, despite the friendly staff, had communication challenges and issues with responsiveness. The location was convenient next to the beach but lacked in overall service quality. The dining options were variable, with some excellent dishes but overall not as consistent. In terms of facilities, there were both positives and negatives.
